No. However, we encourage you to bring your product in-door as soon as possible. UPS/Fedex will send you an email confirming your delivery has arrived.

Yes. Our original sweet potato cake has a vanilla pecan cream cheese frosting, and our butter pecan sweet potato cake has pecans in the cake and in the cream cheese frosting. All products are made in a facility that processes nuts, wheat, soy, egg and other food allergens.

We do our best to ensure that product leaves our facility in a timely manner. However, outside factors beyond our control may delay your shipment such as weather, mechanical issues, freight, airline or package carrier matters. We overnight all products due to the perishable nature of our cake/cupcakes
PRODUCT CARE
We prefer that you eat your cakes or cupcakes within a day of purchasing. Keep at room temperature as refrigeration dries them out. Toss after three days ambient. Cake/cupcakes can be frozen for three months.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cheesecakes should be served at room temperature. Remove from fridge place on county for two hours before serving. Cheesecake will last 7 days in fridge and six months in freezer.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Our product is perishable, and we do not offer refunds unless the error was on us. Errors such as damaged product or missing product would be considered for a refund.
We are not responsible for wrong address error and will not process a refund in the event your order is not received.

We donate products to many causes throughout the city all year long to non-profits. During January the staff meets to decide how we will do our part to help our community. Keep in mind that we get many requests and cannot respond to them all. Send us an inquiry at info@dcsweetpotatocake.com
